The board at Energy Risk Management Investment Firm comprises three experienced and highly qualified members, all of whom have received individual approval from the Danish FSA.

Kaj Damgaard, Chairman of the Board (in the middle)

Kaj has worked within the financial sector for many years and has previously held senior management responsibility for the credit department of a mid-sized Danish bank, where he served as a director. Kaj runs his own consultancy business and has held board positions in several Danish companies.

Preben Clausager, Board Member (on the left)

Preben is co-owner of one of Denmark’s largest executive search firms, Hansen Toft, where he holds the title of Partner/Co-owner and specialises in the recruitment of Clevel executives for Danish and international companies. Preben is also a board member of Energy Risk Management Holding A/S.

Jette Frydenlund Jørgensen, Board Member (on the right)

Jette has served on the boards of both Energy Risk Management Holding A/S and Power Trading Management A/S for several years. She has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and communications within the finance and bunker industries, both in Denmark and internationally.
